Sign up for the Professional plan and get full access to every feature for 14 days — no credit card required. At the end of your trial, you can choose to upgrade, downgrade to Starter (always free), or cancel. You won't be charged anything unless you actively choose to continue.
Absolutely. Cognito has no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel a paid plan, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. We never lock you in.
Student privacy is our highest priority. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are fully GDPR compliant and FERPA-aware. We never sell or share student data with third parties. Schools retain full ownership of their data at all times, and we offer data export on request.
Most schools are fully up and running within a single day. You can bulk-import teachers and students via CSV, or invite them individually via email. Our guided onboarding wizard walks you through every step. For Enterprise customers, we offer dedicated onboarding sessions with a Cognito specialist.
